Puff pastry palmiers: this recipe is easy and quick!

It only takes a few steps and a helpful tip to make the best cookies ever!
INGREDIENTS
1 sheet of puff pastry
lemon zest
sugar
Brown sugar
lemon zest
sugar
Brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Sprinkle the sugar and lemon zest on a roll of puff pastry. Do the same on both sides.
2. Roll it up and freeze for 30 minutes.
3. Cut through the center of the roll without cutting all the way through it.
4. Cut out some round shaped pieces and make them into the shape of drops.
5. sprinkle with sugar or brush with egg yolk and bake.
6. Serve with dark chocolate.
