INGREDIENTS
200g egg whites

20g cornstarch
honey
vanilla bean
100g chocolate chips
1. Start by whipping the egg whites. Add the honey, vanilla, and sifted cornstarch when you see foam, and continue whipping.
2. Once stiff, gradually fold in the chocolate chips.
3. Form small mounds on parchment paper and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes.
4. Always do the toothpick test before removing from the oven. Let's cool and enjoy!
