1) Cocoa bread
INGREDIENTS
3 egg whites
70g (1/3 cup) sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp cocoa
 
METHOD
  1. Beat whites with sugar. Add cornstarch and beat again.
  2. Divide the dough. Add cocoa to one part and mix.
  3. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, alternately lay out the dough to form bread.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
