Cloud bread: how to make it without flour and yeast!

You won't be able to stop at one!
 
INGREDIENTS
 4 eggs, divided;
 60 g (2 oz) sour cream;
 ½ tsp dried Italian herbs;
 ½ tsp salt;
 ¼ tsp garlic powder;
 Ham and cheese for serving.
 
METHOD
  1.  Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
  2.  Whisk egg yolks with sour cream and spices.
  3.  Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4.  Fold egg whites into the yolk mixture and place dollops of the mixture on top of the parchment-covered baking pan.
  5.  Bake for 35 minutes, remove from the pan and add ham and cheese between two pieces of cloud bread. Keep in the oven just until cheese melts. Serve right away.
