Cloud bread: how to make it without flour and yeast!

You won't be able to stop at one!
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs, divided;
60 g (2 oz) sour cream;
½ tsp dried Italian herbs;
½ tsp salt;
¼ tsp garlic powder;
Ham and cheese for serving.
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Whisk egg yolks with sour cream and spices.
- Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into the yolk mixture and place dollops of the mixture on top of the parchment-covered baking pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes, remove from the pan and add ham and cheese between two pieces of cloud bread. Keep in the oven just until cheese melts. Serve right away.
