Cloud cake without flour or butter: a light cake to try!

Without flour or butter, but fluffy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
5ml (1 tbsp) vanilla
50ml (1/5 cup) oil
80ml (1/3 cup) milk
250g (1 1/2 cup) Corn starch
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
 
For decoration:
Powdered sugar
 
METHOD
  1. In large bowl whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla. Add oil and milk. Mix it and add corn starch and baking powder. Mix well and pour into springform pan. Bake at 170C for about 35 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
