Water cake: without milk, eggs and butter!

Pour the water into the dough to make the cake really fluffy and light!

INGREDIENTS
250ml warm water
40ml vegetable oil
250g flour
150g powdered sugar
1 bag vanilla sugar
1 package baking powder
1 lemon, zested
1 lemon, juiced

METHOD
In a large bowl, mix water and oil
In a separate bowl, mix everything dry, sift and add zest.
Add wet ingredients to the dry, mix and add lemon juice.
Pour the dough into the baking form and bake at 180°C/350°F for 45 minutes.
