APPLE CAKE without butter: SOFT and SIMPLE to make! π

INGREDIENTS
5 apples
3 eggs
150g brown sugar
100g vegetable oil
130g Greek yogurt
The grated peel of a lemon
270g all-purpose flour
2 tsp of baking powder

METHOD
1. Mix the eggs with the brown sugar and oil in a bowl. Add the lemon zest and yogurt.
2. Mix well. It's time for the flour and baking powder. Give it one last stir to get a thick and homogeneous mixture.
3. Add the diced apples and distribute them in the batter.
4. Pour everything into a cake tin, we're using a 20cm one. Cover the surface with apple slices and sprinkle with brown sugar.
5. Bake at 180Β°C for 50 minutes.
