PUMPKIN PARMIGIANA: TASTY and STRINGY, ready in a few minutes! 🍂

INGREDIENTS
Butternut squash
Flour
Extra virgin olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Parmesan
Salt
350g of Cheese
Thyme
METHOD
1. Peel and slice the butternut squash about half a centimeter thick. Pass the slices to the flour.
2. Pour the extra virgin olive oil into the baking dish and arrange the pumpkin slices.
3. Add breadcrumbs, parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, salt, and cheese slices.
4. Make 3 layers of pumpkin and complete the parmigiana with the same ingredients on top. Add fresh thyme leaves.
5. Transfer the pumpkin parmigiana to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 45 minutes.
6. Cut a slice of the pumpkin parmigiana and serve.
