Zucchini parmigiana: easy and extra cheesy!

INGREDIENTS
5 zucchini
200g of cooked ham
250g of scamorza or mozzarella
100g of parmesan
Salt to taste.
METHOD
1. Wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices.
2. Arrange a first layer on a non-stick baking sheet.
3. Put cooked ham, smoked scamorza cheese and a little parmesan on top.
4. Cover with zucchini and continue until the pan is complete.
5. Sprinkle abundant Parmesan cheese on the final layer with a few slices of scamorza and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
6. When it's ready let it cool for a few seconds, and it's ready to be enjoyed!
