Breaded zucchini rolls-up: cheesy and delicious

Easy and delicious, ready in less than 1 hour! 
 
INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini
Extra virgin olive oil
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Oregano
Cheese
Cooked ham

METHOD
  1. Slice the zucchini with the vegetable shredder into medium slices. Then pass the slices into the olive oil and cover with breadcrumbs.
  2. Transfer the slices to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and season them with salt and oregano. Bake in the oven at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
  3. Arrange the pieces of cheese and of the ham on each slice and roll them. Close them with a toothpick.
  4. Bake them for 10 more minutes at 180°C/360°F until they are golden brown.
