Zucchini skewers: tasty and cheesy!

A delicious appetizer ready in no-time!

INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini
200g (7.05 oz) cheese
30g (2 tbsp) parmesan
4g (1 tsp) salt
4g (1 tsp) pepper
Ham
Olive oil
Breadcrumbs

METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchini into strips. Coat them with olive oil.
  2. Mix crumbs, parmesan, salt and pepper.
  3. Put strips of zucchini in it. Put the ham and cheese on the strip and then roll.
  4. Place the rolls on skewers.
  5. Arrange the skewers in an oiled pan and bake 356°F / 180°C for 20 minutes. Serve.
