Zucchini skewers: the perfect side dish for your dinner!

Super delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

2 Zucchini

Olive oil

100g (1/2 cup) Breadcrumbs

100g (1/2 cup) Parmesan

4g (1 tsp) Paprika

4g (1 tsp) Pepper

METHOD

Cut the zucchinis into halves.
Put the skewer in the middle and use a knife to cut and make spirals.
Place them in a pan and drizzle with some oil.
In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika and pepper and sprinkle over the zucchinis.
Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes. Serve.
