Zucchini skewers: the perfect side dish for your dinner!

Super delicious and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS
2 Zucchini
Olive oil
100g (1/2 cup) Breadcrumbs
100g (1/2 cup) Parmesan
4g (1 tsp) Paprika
4g (1 tsp) Pepper

METHOD
  1. Cut the zucchinis into halves.
  2. Put the skewer in the middle and use a knife to cut and make spirals.
  3. Place them in a pan and drizzle with some oil.
  4. In a bowl mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, paprika and pepper and sprinkle over the zucchinis.
  5. Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes. Serve.
