Zucchini and chicken flan: the end result is so cheesy and tasty!

This flavorsome, low-fat chicken casserole is easy to make and freezes really well, so why not make double and freeze for speedy midweek meals!
INGREDIENTS

2 Zucchini
2 Chicken fillets
4g (1 tsp) Salt
30g (2 tbsp) Sour cream
2 Eggs
4g (1 tsp) Salt
4g (1 tsp) Pepper
150g (2/3 cup) Cheese
METHOD
- Cut the zucchinis into small squares. Add salt to them.
- Cut the chicken fillets into squares too and add them into a bowl with zucchinis. Add eggs and some salt, pepper and sour cream.
- Mix it and put into an oiled pan. Bake at180C for 30 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven and add some grated cheese. Bake for another 10 minutes. Serve.
