Lemon Roast Chicken: it couldn't be easier, but the result is really special!

Lemon Roast Chicken is a classic oven-roasted chicken recipe that results in a fresh, juicy, and tender chicken dinner option that is both easy and delicious!
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
1 chicken;
2 lemons, sliced;
1 bunch rosemary;
1 tbsp garlic powder;
½ tbsp black pepper;
3 tbsp vegetable oil;
2 tbsp salt.
METHOD
- Using a small sharp knife, remove the skin from the chicken.
- Combine vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together.
- Cover chicken with oil mixture.
Layer half of the rosemary on the bottom of the slow cooker. Place chicken over it, cover with more rosemary and lemon slices. - Place a few lemon slices inside the chicken and cover with leftover rosemary springs.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours, then remove meat from the bones and serve.
