Roasted chicken: you must try this tip, the result is amazing!

We all love a one-pan dinner, but who knew that pan could be a Bundt? This genius hack is the best, easiest way to make juicy, flavorful, crispy-on-the-outside roasted chicken (plus veggies!) every single time.
 
INGREDIENTS
1 whole chicken
400g small potatoes
7 cloves of garlic
4 rosemary sprigs
olive oil
salt and pepper
METHOD
 
  1. Add potatoes, garlic and rosemary in the bndt form and cover the hole with a piece of foil.
  2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper and place on the foil.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 425°F/220°C until the chicken is roasted (the internal temperature should be 165 degrees) and the skin will become golden and crisp.
