INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS
1. Cut the chicken breast so that you have an empty space in the center of it.
2. Pan fry it with some olive oil.
3. Add the pancetta and break an egg in the center.
4. Continue cooking for 5 more minutes with a lid over the pan.
