Chicken rolls with cheese and mushrooms: a really must-try!

This recipe will blow your mind. The flavor is so good!

INGREIDENTS
1 chicken
Salt
Pepper
Cheese
Mushrooms
Flour
Breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Cut the chicken fillet and beat off. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put cooked mushrooms and cheese in the middle. Wrap up.
  3. Roll in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry.
  4. Bake in oven 20 minutes at 180°C / 350°F.
