Baked chicken with potatoes and mushrooms: a delicious dinner to try!

How to make a tender and delicious chicken in no-time!
INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts (800 g)
200ml (0.85 cup) sour cream
50ml (0.23 cup) olive oil
6g (1 tsp) salt
5g (1 tsp) pepper
200g (1.4 cup) potatoes
200g (1.6 cup) mushrooms
3g (1 tsp) rosemary
METHOD
- Cut the chicken breast. Coat the baking tin with oil, arrange the chicken breasts. Whisk in the sour cream, olive oil, salt and pepper. Pour over the chicken breasts.
- Arrange the potatoes and mushrooms. Add rosemary.
- Bake at 180 degrees, 30 minutes.
