Creamy chicken breast with mushrooms: the delicious, quick and easy dish!

A tasty idea for a quick and delicious dinner!
INGREDIENTS

600g of chicken breast
Flour
400g of mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Pepper
Salt
250ml (1 cup) of white wine

250ml (1 cup) of white wine
METHOD
- First, dip the chicken slices on both sides in the flour.
- Add a little extra virgin olive oil to the pan, add the onion and fry it with a clove of garlic and a piece of butter until golden brown.
- When the onion is golden, add the mushrooms to the pan, add salt and pepper, blend with the white wine and cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add the floured chicken breast slices, add salt, blend with more white wine and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the sauce is creamy and the chicken is soft.
