Creamy chicken breast with mushrooms: the delicious, quick and easy dish!

A tasty idea for a quick and delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS
600g of chicken breast
Flour
400g of mushrooms
Extra virgin olive oil
Butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Pepper
Salt
250ml (1 cup) of white wine

METHOD
  1. First, dip the chicken slices on both sides in the flour.
  2. Add a little extra virgin olive oil to the pan, add the onion and fry it with a clove of garlic and a piece of butter until golden brown.
  3. When the onion is golden, add the mushrooms to the pan, add salt and pepper, blend with the white wine and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add the floured chicken breast slices, add salt, blend with more white wine and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the sauce is creamy and the chicken is soft.
