CHOCOLATE NO-BAKE CAKE: delicious and super easy to make!

INGREDIENTS (20cm cake pan)

400g cocoa biscuits

170g butter

250g mascarpone

250ml fresh cream

80g powdered sugar

100g chocolate chips

METHOD

1. Finely crush the biscuits using a food processor and melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave.

2. Mix the two ingredients in a large bowl using a spoon until you obtain a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

3. Pour about 2/3 of the mixture into the cake pan and press it down using the back of a spoon, including along the sides of the pan.

4. Refrigerate.

5. In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone, cold fresh cream, and powdered sugar.

6. Whip the ingredients with an electric mixer until you obtain a firm cream.

7. Add the chocolate chips and gently fold them in with a spatula.

8. Take the base out of the fridge and spread the filling inside, smoothing it with the back of a spoon.

9. Sprinkle the remaining biscuit mixture over the filling without pressing it down.

10. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
