CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE: super creamy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS (for 6 cakes)
200g of dark chocolate (about 1 cup)
100g of butter (about 1/2 cup)
100g of sugar (about 1/2 cup)
50g of all-purpose flour (about 1/3 cup)
3 eggs
METHOD
1. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously. Let it cool slightly.
2. Pour the mixture into a large bowl, add the sugar, and incorporate it using an electric mixer.
3. Add the eggs and mix again until you get a smooth batter.
4. Finally, add the sifted flour, mixing with the electric mixer until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
5. Fill the buttered and cocoa-dusted molds up to 2/3 full.
6. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 13 minutes.
7. Let the cakes cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
