Air fryer molten lava cake: the dessert with a warm and creamy chocolate heart!

How to make a delicious lava cake into the air fryer!

INGREDIENTS

15g (1 tbsp) unsalted butter, for coating the bowls

30g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder, for coating the bowls

135g (1 cup + 2 tbsp) chocolate

100g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter

25g (2 tbsp) sugar

1/8 tsp salt

3 eggs

5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract

30g (2 tbsp) all-purpose flour

METHOD

Coat the 12 cm molds with soap and sprinkle generously with cocoa. Make a steam bath, then put chocolate, butter, sugar and salt in the upper bowl, stir until everything is finely melted and combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then mix the eggs and add to the chocolate mixture.
Pour the mixture into molds. Bake in an air fryer for 8-9 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
