Air fryer buns: how to make them soft and warm in no time!

How to make fluffy dinner rolls in air fryer

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) milk
1 egg
80ml (1/3 cup) water
60ml (1/4 cup) vegetable oil
A pinch of salt
30g (2 tbsp) sugar
500g (4 cups) wheat flour
7g dry yeast
300g of ham
300g mozzarella
Oregano to taste
1 tomato
1 egg yolk for a brush
 
METHOD
  1. In a medium glass bowl, pour the milk, egg, salt, and mix, then add water, oil, sugar, yeast, and stir again. Sift the flour into the mixture, sifting, little by little, and knead a fine, smooth dough.
  2. Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and knead, then divide it into three parts.
  3. Flour each part, knead into a roll, then roll out, arrange the ham, mozzarella, tomato, sprinkle with origanum, and roll.
  4. Then cut the pieces and prepare for baking, coating with egg yolk and sprinkle with oregano.
  5. Fold in the air fryer and bake at 160 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
