Air fryer Chiacchiere: ready in no time!

How to make a delicious air fryer chiacchiere:

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
30g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar
10 ml (2 tsp) of rum
1 tbsp sparkling white wine
250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
5g (2/5 tbsp) baking powder
30g (2 tbsp) of melted butter

METHOD
  1. Add eggs, sugar, and rum to the stand of the mixer, then beat until the mixture foams, then gradually add flour, baking powder, and melted butter.
  2. Knead the mixture in a stand mixer until you get a fine, smooth dough. Roll out the dough on the work surface and cut the strips for the chiacchiere, then put a few chiacchiere in the air fryer and bake at 200°  for 4 minutes.
  3. When the Chiacchiere are baked, sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve.
