Mini meatloaf: cheesy and ready in the air fryer!

They are perfect for a quick dinner! 
 
INGREDIENTS
400g of minced beef;
6g (1 tsp) of salt;
2g (1 tsp) of pepper;
15g (1 tbsp) of parsley;
30g (2 tbsp) of Parmesan cheese;
120g (1 cup) of breadcrumbs;
 
120g ( of cooked ham;
150g of provola;
 
Olive oil;
Breadcrumbs.

METHOD
  1. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Mix it with the chopped parsley, parmesan and breadcrumbs.
  2. Make some meatballs and mash them on parchment paper cut in squares. Put the cooked ham and provola on top of the meat.
  3. Roll up and close the meatballs in cylinders.
  4. Bread them in breadcrumbs and cook them in the air fryer at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
