Mini meatloaf: cheesy and ready in the air fryer!

They are perfect for a quick dinner!
INGREDIENTS
400g of minced beef;
6g (1 tsp) of salt;
2g (1 tsp) of pepper;
15g (1 tbsp) of parsley;
30g (2 tbsp) of Parmesan cheese;
120g (1 cup) of breadcrumbs;
120g ( of cooked ham;
150g of provola;
Olive oil;
Breadcrumbs.
METHOD
- Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Mix it with the chopped parsley, parmesan and breadcrumbs.
- Make some meatballs and mash them on parchment paper cut in squares. Put the cooked ham and provola on top of the meat.
- Roll up and close the meatballs in cylinders.
- Bread them in breadcrumbs and cook them in the air fryer at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.
