Chicken cordon bleu: tasty and ready in the air fryer!

A quick method to make crispy and delicious cordon bleu!
INGREDIENTS
350g minced chicken meat
5g (1 tsp) cornstarch
30g (2 tbsp) parmesan
2g (1/4 tsp) salt
200g Edam cheese
200g of cooked ham
Breadcrumbs
3 eggs
Baking spray or oil
METHOD
- Combine the minced chicken with the stock, parmesan, and salt, stirring until the ingredients are completely combined.
- Divide the meat mixture into 8 equal parts, then lightly roll out each part and place the cheese on top of that piece of meat, then fold with another rolled piece of meat. Roll the medallion in scrambled eggs, then in breadcrumbs. You will receive 4 medallions. Arrange the medallions in an air fryer and sprinkle with yarn.
- Bake in an air fryer at 180 degrees, 15 minutes, then turn the other side of the medallion and bake for another 7 minutes.
