BAKED ZUCCHINI CORDON BLEU: the easy and quick recipe to make in the oven! π

INGREDIENTS
1kg of Round zucchini
Ham
Cheese
Flour
3 Eggs
Breadcrumbs
Extra virgin olive oil
METHOD
1. Wash and clean the zucchini by removing the two ends, then cut them into slices that are not too thick.
2. Place a slice of ham and cheese and close with another slice. Pass to the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
3. Pour olive oil on a baking tray covered with parchment paper and arrange the zucchini cordon bleu.
4. Add a drizzle of olive oil on the zucchini cordon bleu and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180Β°C/360Β°F for 25 minutes.
5. Serve zucchini cordon bleu on the serving dish after baking and enjoy.
