Chicken Cordon Bleu Pinwheels: a classic French dish that's quick and easy to make!

INGREDIENTS

• 3 chicken breast

• Sliced ham

• 6 slices cheddar cheese

• 1 cup flour

• 1 cup breadcrumbs

• 1 egg

• Salt

• pepper

• 2 cups vegetable oil

METHOD

Pound the chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Put the ham, two slices of cheddar cheese and roll the roll. Secure with a toothpick. Bread in flour, then in egg and breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry until well cooked and golden brown
