Zucchini baked fritters: the easy and light recipe!

How to make delicious fritters without frying!

INGREDIENTS
120g (1 cup) flour
100ml (2/5 cup) water
1 egg
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
1 zucchini
150g ham
Salt
Pepper
 
METHOD
  1. Grate the zucchini and salt it.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, egg, water. Add zucchini and ham, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Spoon the mixture onto baking paper.
  4. Bake at 360F / 180C for 20 minutes. Serve.
