Zucchini parmesan recipe: how to prepare a light and tasteful recipe!

Super easy and quick to make!

INGREDIENTS
3-4 zuchini
Salt
Ham
Mozarella
Scamorza cheese
Parmesan
 
METHOD
  1. Cut zucchini into strips. Add salt to the zucchini and let them stand for 20 minutes.
  2. Pick up the water from the zucchini with a paper towel.
  3. Arrange zucchini, mozzarella, scamorza and ham in a pan.
  4. Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 30 minutes at 360°F/180°C. Serve.
