Zucchini parmesan recipe: how to prepare a light and tasteful recipe!

Super easy and quick to make!
INGREDIENTS

3-4 zuchini
Salt
Ham
Mozarella
Scamorza cheese
Parmesan
METHOD
- Cut zucchini into strips. Add salt to the zucchini and let them stand for 20 minutes.
- Pick up the water from the zucchini with a paper towel.
- Arrange zucchini, mozzarella, scamorza and ham in a pan.
- Sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 30 minutes at 360°F/180°C. Serve.
