Zucchini cake: the tasty recipe easy to prepare!

The perfect zucchini recipe for the whole family!
INGREDIENTS

For the batter
400ml (2 cups) water
400ml (2 cups) water
8g (1 1/2 tsp) salt
540g (4 1/2 cups) flour
For the filling:
400g zucchini
1 tsp salt
Vegetable oil
50g ricotta
50g ricotta
50g cheese
For the brushing
Egg yolk
METHOD
- In a bowl add the water, salt and mix all together
- Add the flour gradually to create the dough, knead with your hands until soft. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Grease surface with oil and cut the dough into eight parts, roll each one into a ball
- Roll out the dough on the size of the plate and add it to the plate greased with oil. Arrange on two plates four rolled doughs, cover with a bag and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Grind the zucchinis, add them to the pan to fry and season with salt and oil
- Transfer the zucchinis into the bowl, add the white and cheddar cheese and mix all well
- Roll the prepared dough and fill it with the zucchinis mixture
- Add the two prepared batters to the pan, brush with egg yolk and bake at 180°C/356°F for 30 minutes.
