Zucchini cake: the recipe you should try!

This is the perfect recipe for an easy and delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
• 3 zucchini
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup flour (all purpose)
• 3 tomatoes
• 2 cloves garlic
• dill
• cheese
• salt
•black pepper
 
PREPARATION:
  1. Grate the zucchini.  Sprinkle with salt and squeeze out the juice after 5 minutes. 
  2. Add eggs, garlic, dill, pepper to the grated zucchini.  Mix. 
  3. Add flour. Mix.
  4. Place the squash mixture in a parchment paper dish and top with the tomato slices.  Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
