Zucchini fritters: the quick recipe, ready without yeast!

Quick and delicious, you should try these fritters NOW!

INGREDIENTS
700g zucchini
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
Pepper
Garlic
140g (1 cup) flour
25ml (2 tbsp) vegetable oil

METHOD
  1. Clean the zucchini and cut it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl add eggs and blend with the immersion blender.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic, flour, vegetable oil and mix untill all. combined together 4. Create pancakes and cook on hot oil.
