Potato Empanadas: good and cheesy, ready without the yeast!

A quick and tasty recipe for a delicious dinner!

INGREDIENTS
500g cooked potatoes
1 egg
50g (1/2 cup) potato starch
5g (4 tbsp) parmesan
2g (1/2 tsp) Salt
2g (1/2 tsp) Pepper
Pepper
Baked ham
Cheese
Flour q.b

METHOD
  1. Mash the cooked potatoes and add egg, starch, parmesan and salt. Mix it and then knead the dough.
  2. Cut the dough and make balls of it.
  3. Spread each ball, add ham and cheese and close them.
  4. Fry them in a pan and serve.
