Chicken fritters: crunchy and ready without yeast!

INGREDIENTS
300g (2 cups) minced chicken;
300ml (1 ¼ cup) buttermilk;
1 egg;
½ tsp salt;
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika;
120g (1 cup) all-purpose flour.
METHOD
- Mix meat with buttermilk, egg, salt, paprika and flour until the batter forms.
- Fry portions of the batter on a preheated skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.
