Chicken tots: crunchy and irresistible!

Crunchy and so delicious, this chicken recipe is a must-try!
INGREDIENTS
3 chicken fillets, cut into small cubes
200g (3/4 cup) Greek yogurt
30ml (½ tbsp) soya sauce
7g (1 tbsp) paprika
60g potato chips
15g (2 tbsp) breadcrumbs
15ml (1 tbsp) vegetable oil
METHOD
- Cut chicken fillets into small cubes and place them into a bowl.
- Pour in the yogurt, add soya sauce and paprika. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, place potato chips and breadcrumbs in a plastic bag, crumble with a rolling pin and transfer to a plate.
- Preheat the oven to 180C/360F.
- Unwrap the bowl with chicken, coat each piece in a chips mix and arrange on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle chicken tots with some vegetable oil and roast in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
