Crunchy chicken: this is how you make them perfect!

INGREDIENTS
 2 chicken breasts;
 2 garlic cloves, minced;
 30g (2 tbsp) white onion, chopped;
 1 egg;
 Salt and pepper;
 15ml (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce;
 15ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice;
 4-6 slices sandwich bread;
 25g (3 tbsp) cornstarch;
 1 egg.
 
METHOD
  1.  Cut chicken breast into cubes. Season with salt, pepper. Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix in garlic and onion. Set aside for 30 minutes to marinade.
  2.  Cut off the bread crust and slice sandwich bread into small cubes.
  3.  Remove chicken from the marinade, cover each piece with cornstarch, then dip into egg and cover in bread.
  4.  Fry in preheated oil for 5-6 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
