Crunchy chicken: this is how you make them perfect!

INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts;
2 garlic cloves, minced;
30g (2 tbsp) white onion, chopped;
1 egg;
Salt and pepper;
15ml (1 tbsp) Worcestershire sauce;
15ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice;
4-6 slices sandwich bread;
25g (3 tbsp) cornstarch;
1 egg.
METHOD
- Cut chicken breast into cubes. Season with salt, pepper. Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice. Mix in garlic and onion. Set aside for 30 minutes to marinade.
- Cut off the bread crust and slice sandwich bread into small cubes.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, cover each piece with cornstarch, then dip into egg and cover in bread.
- Fry in preheated oil for 5-6 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
