Air fryers chicken nuggets: how to make them crunchy and tasty in minutes!

INGREDIENTS
500g chicken breast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sweet pepper
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 eggs
200g of cornflakes

METHOD
  1. Cut the chicken breasts and then grind them. Add spices to the meat, garlic powder, sweet pepper, salt, pepper, mustard powder, and mix. With oil hands make nuggets, each nugget can be about 45g.
  2. Chop the cornflakes and whisk the eggs. Dip the nuggets in the eggs first, then roll in the cornflakes.
  3. Bake the nuggets in the air fryer that you previously sprayed with baking spray. Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
