Fried chicken rolls: how to make it crunchy and delicious!

This method is just incredible!

INGREDIENTS
4 chicken breasts
Salt
Pepper
700ml (3 cups) buttermilk
10g ranch seasoning mix
Breadcrumbs
Egg
 
Flour (all purpose)
Oil
 
METHOD
  1. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts, make cuts.
  2. Put the breasts in a bowl, pour in the buttermilk, sprinkle with seasoning, stir. Marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Roll each breast in flour, eggs, breadcrumbs. Secure the donut with a toothpick. Deep-fry.
