Chicken donuts: fried or baked, they are delicious!

Here's a delicious way to cook chicken!

INGREDIENTS

1kg (7 cups) Chicken fillet

200g (1.9 cup) Bread crumbs 200 g

50g (0.3 cup) Onion

20g (0.1 cup) Garlic

1 tsp (6g) Salt

1/2 tsp (1g) Black pepper

1/2 tsp (1g) Parsley

1 tbsp (15ml) Vegetable oil

METHOD

Chop the onion and garlic, then blend. Repeat the same procedure with the chicken fillet, grind the fillet, and then blend the meat.
Combine meat, garlic and onion, add spices and bread crumbs.
Take the tbsp mixture and roll it into a ball, then flatten the ball and hollow out the inside to look like meat donuts.
Roll in bread crumbs and a half, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
