• 3 chicken breasts
• 2 eggs
• breadcrumbs
• flour
• salt
• pepper
• vegetable oil
 
METHOD
  1. In chicken breasts, make incisions. Salt and pepper.
  2. Beat eggs. Dip the breasts in flour, egg, and then in breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep-fry.
