Fried fluffy flowers: a unique idea that kids will love!

They are perfect for a unique treat!

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp sugar
10g dry yeast
1 tsp salt
235ml (1 cup) warm water
370ml (1.5 cups) warm milk
750g (6 cups) flour (all purpose)
3 tbsp oil
Oil for frying
 
Sugar
Cinnamon
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
  2. Divide the dough into portions and form flowers. Deep-fry.
  3. Sprinkle the fried flowers with sugar and cinnamon.
