Fried flowers stuffed with hazelnut cream: beautiful and tasty for a super snack!

INGREDIENTS
100ml (1/2 cup) of lukewarm milk
25g (2 tbsp) of sugar
4g of dry yeast
1 egg
10ml (1 tbsp) of cooking oil
260g (2 1/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp of salt
15g (1 tbsp) of butter
Oil for frying
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the milk, sugar, and yeast and whisk until the sugar and yeast dissolve. Add the egg, cooking oil, flour, and salt and mix until all is well combined.
2. When the dough starts forming knead with your hands. Flatten the dough and add the butter on top. Knead the dough until absorb the butter and form a smooth dough.
3. Transfer the prepared dough to the bowl, cover it with cling film and let it rise for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes roll out the dough and prick with the flower shape mold. Under every flower add the piece of parchment paper and transfer to the baking tray. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
5. After time has elapsed transfer the prepared flowers to the hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
6. Fill each flower with hazelnut cream and decorate it with powdered sugar.
