Fried roses: beautiful and tasty in just a few steps!

Here’s what you need to prepare this simple and tasty treat!

INGREDIENTS
Dough
 240g flour
 20g butter
 20g sugar
 2 eggs
 12g vinegar

 Powdered sugar
 Custard cream
 Canned cherry or small strawberry
 
METHOD
  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough, wrap the dough in plastic wrap, chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Thinly roll the dough, using flower cookie cutter cut 3 size flowers and connect them, press with your finger in the middle of the flower and fry in oil.
