Coconut and Chocolate Bars: the delicious treat in just a few steps

A few and simple ingredients for delicious chocolate treat, ready in just a few steps!
INGREDIENTS
125g shredded coconut
25g maple syrup
300g dark chocolate
300g Greek yogurt
200g dark (or milk) chocolate
METHOD
1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, maple syrup, and shredded coconut.
2. After mixing well, shape the mixture into bars with your hands and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Put the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to an hour.
4. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler.
5. Take the frozen bars and dip them in the melted chocolate.
6. Finish with some shredded coconut on top and serve the bars chilled from the refrigerator!
TIPS:
1. If you want to make the chocolate more fluid, add a tablespoon of coconut oil.
2. Store the bars in the freezer and move them to the fridge a few hours before serving.
