Hazelnut cream brioche: fluffy and tasty!

The results of this sweet, soft bread are well worth it!
INGREDIENTS

250ml / 1 cup milk
8g yeast
80g / 0.4 cup sugar
1 egg
60g butter
500g / 4 cups flour (all purpose)
Hazelnut cream
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Dissolve sugar and yeast in milk. Add the egg, butter and flour. Knead the dough. Let rise for 2 hours.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out each part and squeeze out the middle of the cake with a glass. Lubricate the mold with oil. At the bottom of the mold put one cake and put the Nutella filling. Top with a second cake and cover the edges. Let it rise for an hour.
- Garnish with Nutella and bake for 30 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Garnish with icing sugar and hazelnut cream.
