Ice cream brioche: this recipe will leave you speechless!

Put the dough in the ice cream cones, the result is amazing.
INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
-500g flour
-250ml milk
-7g fresh yeast
-100g sugar
-1 egg
-80ml vegetable oil
-salt (a pinch)
-hazelnut cream
-hazelnut grains
-ice cream cones
METHOD
- In a bowl mix yeast with warm milk.
- In another bowl mix flour with sugar and milk mixture, add in egg, oil and pinch of salt. Let the mixture rest under the plastic wrap for about an hour.
- After this make a bowls from the dough and add the hazelnut cream into it and make a balls.
- Put the dough balls on to the ice cream cones and let it rest for another 15-20 minutes.
- After that smear it with milk.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 ‘ C ( 338’ F )
- Pour the hazelnut cream on the prepared brioches and sprinkle with hazelnut grains.
