Chocolate cake bars: this recipe will leave you speechless!

This is an amazing dessert made in no time, and all you need is just one bowl and basic ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• 150g / 1 cup sugar
• 150g / 1 cup flour
• 30g cocoa
• 120ml / 4.2oz water
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 400ml / 14.1oz milk
• 2-3 tbsp corn starch
• 395g / 2.6 cups condensed milk
• 4 tbsp cocoa
• 200ml / 7oz cream cheese
• 50g chocolate
• 150g chocolate
• cream
METHOD
- Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, a little water and mix. Pour dough into a piece of parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
- Add corn starch to the milk. Mix. Add condensed milk, cocoa, cream cheese, chocolate and mix. Brew cream over low heat.
- Finished biscuit cut in half. Soak one layer of biscuit with condensed milk, diluted with water. Put cream on top. Cover with a second biscuit and soak it with condensed milk. Cool for 4 hours.
- 150 grams of chocolate mixed with cream. Brew ganache. Pour on the finished cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top.
