Chocolate cake bars: this recipe will leave you speechless!

This is an amazing dessert made in no time, and all you need is just one bowl and basic ingredients!
 
INGREDIENTS
• 3 eggs
• 150g / 1 cup sugar
• 150g / 1 cup flour
• 30g cocoa
• 120ml / 4.2oz water
• 1 tsp baking powder
 
• 400ml / 14.1oz milk
• 2-3 tbsp corn starch
• 395g / 2.6 cups condensed milk
• 4 tbsp cocoa
• 200ml / 7oz cream cheese
• 50g chocolate
 
• 150g chocolate
• cream
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer. Add flour, cocoa, baking powder, a little water and mix. Pour dough into a piece of parchment paper. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 ° C / 350 ° F.
  2. Add corn starch to the milk. Mix. Add condensed milk, cocoa, cream cheese, chocolate and mix. Brew cream over low heat.
  3. Finished biscuit cut in half. Soak one layer of biscuit with condensed milk, diluted with water. Put cream on top. Cover with a second biscuit and soak it with condensed milk. Cool for 4 hours.
  4. 150 grams of chocolate mixed with cream. Brew ganache. Pour on the finished cake. Sprinkle with chocolate chips on top.
