Beet pita bread: the result will leave you speechless

INGREDIENTS
250ml (1 cup) warm water
10g dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
500g (4 cups) flour
1 tsp salt
100g (1/2 cup) boiled and blended beet
Cream cheese
Salmon
Rocket leaves
METHOD
1. In a bowl mix together warm water with sugar and yeast, add in flour, olive oil, salt, and beet.
2. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
3. Divide into 8 pieces and let it rise for 20 minutes more.
4. Roll out each piece and fry in the pan from both sides.
5. Serve with cream cheese, salmon, and rocket leaves.
