Pumpkin sweet bread: it is so soft it will leave you speechless!

for the dough:
15g baker’s yeast
90g brown sugar
1/2 cup milk
200g pumpkin puree
1 tsp salt
1 egg yolk
1. Melt the yeast in the milk, add oil and sugar. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and then gradually add the flour. Mix together with the pureed pumpkin, 1 egg yolk, and the salt. Let it rise for about two hours.
2. Once it has doubled in size, divide the dough into three parts and roll them into large strips. Braid the three parts together and join the ends. Add a small pumpkin in the center.
3. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Fill with anything you prefer.
